چکیده
Objective: Phthalates, despite their endocrine disrupting effects, are widely used as plastifiants. Environmental exposure of phthalates was demonstrated to cause fetal death and reproductive toxicity in human beings, well laboratory animals. However, underlying mechanisms not clear.
Material Methods: Here, we examine the impact di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) dibutyl (DBP)on rat lungs, brain heart by scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM) inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). First, evaluate tissues mother rats show that impedance values oftissues DEHP DBP delivered differ from those control rat. Then, element level analyses withinthese done levels within pregnant found be higherthan We then offspring female rats.
Results: It is shown higher than Besides, analysis revealshigher Conclusion: Therefore, can conclude structural functional changes internal organs such heart. In summary, both modalities confirmatory a way exposed differentiated different obtained SAM specified ICP-OES.

متن کاملCumulative effects of dibutyl phthalate and diethylhexyl phthalate on male rat reproductive tract development: altered fetal steroid hormones and genes.
Exposure to plasticizers di(n-butyl) phthalate (DBP) and diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) during sexual differentiation causes male reproductive tract malformations in rats and rabbits. In the fetal male rat, these two phthalate esters decrease testosterone (T) production and insulin-like peptide 3 (insl3) gene expression, a hormone critical for gubernacular ligament development. We hypothesized t...
متن کاملDetermination of Nutrition Labeling Education Act Minerals in Foods by Inductively Coupled Plasma- Optical Emission Spectroscopy
The Nutrition Labeling Education Act of 1990 (NLEA) mandates significant reform of food labels and requires extensive chemical testing and analytical method development to implement. Many minerals and nutrient metals are targeted for labeling. Part of the analytical challenge to be met results from the large numbers of samples to be tested and widely divergent levels of the elements of interest...
متن کاملScreening and Optimization of Microextraction of Pb(II) by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Using Response Surface Methodology
Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) combined with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was applied for the determination of lead in different environmental water samples. Ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC), chloroform and ethanol were used as chelating agent, extraction solvent and disperser solvent, respectively. The effective parameters, such...
